• Understand burnout, compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Injury

• Reconnect with your original intention and core values through guided reflection

• Complete a strengths assessment to leverage your unique gifts as a caregiver and enhance resilience and recovery

• Build your own self-care plan and "resuscitation equipment"

• Connect with others who understand
